Most erotic work is too obvious. For me, the suggestion of nudity has always been more arousing than the nudity itself. I’ve tried including male genitals in the art and it never felt right.

After drawing an erect penis I’d either giggle or cringe. Which is odd because, as a gay man, they’re one of my favorite pastimes. So, I started filling in the adult bits with darkness - recreating the anticipation that gets lost when light floods the scene. You'll see what you want to see.
