  • Ordering & Lead Time

    Each panel is 54" wide and is available in 9', 10', and 12' heights.

    We recommend ordering all panels needed for a project at the same time to ensure consistency.

    Please allow 2-3 weeks for printing prior to shipment.

    We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full wallpaper order. Because all papers are printed to order, full panel orders are final sale.

  • Returns, Claims & Installation Policy

    All 1MAN Wallpapers are printed to order. All sales are final. Returns, cancellations, and exchanges are not accepted for incorrect measurements, excess material, color preferences, or changes of mind.

    We strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing full panels to evaluate color, texture, and finish.

    BEFORE INSTALLATION

    • Verify that the correct design, colorway, material, and quantity have been received.

    • Carefully inspect all panels for printing defects, damage, or inconsistencies before installation.

    • Installers should hang and inspect the first three panels before proceeding with the remainder of the installation.

    • If any defect or irregularity is discovered, stop installation immediately and contact 1MAN.

    DEFECTS & DAMAGE CLAIMS

    Any visible defects, printing errors, or shipping damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

    Claims must include photographs of the affected material and a description of the issue.

    Do not continue installation if a defect is identified.

    Verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage will be addressed through replacement or refund of the affected material, as appropriate.

    INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY

    Professional installation by an experienced wallpaper installer is strongly recommended.

    1MAN is not responsible for improper wall preparation, incorrect installation, inaccurate measurements, adhesive selection, or damage caused during installation.

    COLOR & MATERIAL VARIATIONS

    Minor variations in color, texture, and finish may occur between samples, production runs, and digital representations.

    Customers are encouraged to order sufficient material in a single purchase to maintain consistency across an installation.
