December Scorpio unfolds in a nocturnal register, where deep violets, indigos, and blues accumulate into an opaque atmosphere. Broad, forceful brushstrokes carve through the surface, creating a sense of pressure and internal movement, as if the image is emerging from darkness rather than resting on it.
 
Pale, crescent forms hover within the paint - lunar phases or shell fragments. These softer shapes are punctuated by yellow dots that cut across the canvas like navigational tools or astrological diagrams. The contrast between gestural chaos and diagrammatic precision introduces a tension between instinct and control.
