A haircut becomes an assertion of power: one body held still while another decides what stays, what is stripped away, and what is allowed to remain. The tilted head exposes the throat, the most vulnerable line of the body, while the hovering hand suggests both care and command.
 
With Buzz Cut, intimacy is sharpened into dominance. To groom a partner—to cut, trim, refine—is to leave a mark of influence. The cropped hair reads as control made permanent, an aesthetic imposed rather than chosen.
 
Yet the figure does not fully resist. There is a yielding in the posture, an acceptance that desire and authority can blur.
